French Toile Fairy Tutu

This Sweet Tutu is prefect for layering under dresses, tunics, as well as adorable on it's own. These are created in Seattle with a stretchy organic cotton waist band and two layers of french toile. The skirts are mid length so they continue to fit while you little one grows.
